El tiempo que te doy (The Time it Takes, 2021) is Netflix’s Spanish miniseries where love lingers in fragments of memory. Lina (Nadia de Santiago) is throwing herself into a full-on life glow-up – new apartment, new job, new everything. She’s not just chasing fresh vibes, she’s running from the past… and his name is Nico. Her first love isn’t exactly easy to shake, and no matter how many bold lipsticks or job interviews she conquers, he keeps haunting her like an emotional playlist on loop.
Every day, Lina sets a tiny goal – think about Nico one minute less. That’s all. Just sixty fewer seconds of heartbreak. But when feelings this deep refuse to quit, moving on isn’t just an aesthetic, it’s a full-on battle. Will Lina finally level up and leave the past in the rearview? Or is love about to stage its big comeback tour?
The Time it Takes is the ultimate slow-burn heartbreak saga with a side of self-discovery.
