Sé quién eres (2017) is a Spanish psychological thriller about a respected lawyer who wakes up with amnesia (long story), and is accused of murdering his niece, who also happens to be his student.
Juan Elías (Francesc Garrido) was living that powerful-lawyer life… until he crashed his car and woke up with no clue who he is. Total amnesia, total chaos. But when his loving wife (and literal judge), Alicia, starts helping him piece the puzzle together, they stumble onto something way darker than memory loss. Blood is found in the car – belonging to Ana (Susana Abaitua), Juan’s niece, who’s been missing for days.
Enter Ramón, Ana’s devastated (and suspicious) dad, who’s out for justice and convinced that Juan did it. He hires a sharp legal team to take Juan down, and guess who’s part of it? Eva Durán – Juan’s ex-lover who comes in hot with courtroom claws and a grudge.
Set in the heart of Barcelona, Sé quién eres is a legal thriller packed with secrets, suspects, and scandalous pasts. Think family drama meets courtroom mind games, all tangled in truth, lies, and twisted loyalties that keep you guessing who’s lying, who’s hiding, and who’s really guilty.
